Existing Users

If you already have an existing Melbourne Experiences account, click here to login and access your tickets.

If you are an existing user but have not logged in to the Melbourne Experiences portal since 2020, you will need to reset your account by signing up here.

New Users


If you do not have a Melbourne Experiences account click here to register. Please register using the email address to which you received this email.

  • Once you have registered, log in to your account. Below your account details, you will see Upcoming Events, this is where you will find your purchased events.
  • To download your tickets, please click Allocate Tickets. On this page you can send all tickets to yourself, or distribute them out to your guests. Please enter in guest names and details (including your own details).
  • Once you click send, these tickets will be sent to you/your guests email address. Should the tickets not arrive, please contact Melbourne Experiences via email on experiences@melbournefc.com.au.
